This Refund and Return Policy applies to Icorva products purchased directly through https://vluzarinzit.world or checkout experiences we host for authorized campaigns. It supplements the Terms of Service. Purchases made through third-party retailers are governed by those retailers’ policies, although we may assist with authenticity questions when you provide batch codes.

Dietary supplements are consumable goods. Hygiene and safety rules affect when opened bottles can be returned. We describe both statutory rights where they apply and our commercial goodwill practices where law allows flexibility.

Statutory withdrawal for distance contracts

Consumers in jurisdictions that grant a cooling-off period for distance sales may cancel within the legally prescribed window, typically fourteen days from receipt, provided the goods are unused and seals remain intact. Once protective seals are broken, withdrawal rights may be lost for health and hygiene reasons, consistent with applicable exceptions.

To exercise statutory withdrawal when available, email us with your order identifier and a clear statement of cancellation within the deadline. We confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Documentation tip. Retain outbound tracking numbers until your refund posts. Carriers occasionally delay scans, and tracking helps us reconcile warehouse receipts.

United States commercial return window

For domestic customers, we accept returns of unopened bottles in resalable condition within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we mis-shipped the item or the listing erroneously promised free shipping that was not applied.

Opened bottles are generally not eligible for refund except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or where a quality issue is verified under the defect section below. Sample sticks or promotional foils marked not for resale are not returnable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

If your package arrives with crushed bottles, broken seals before opening, wrong SKU, or missing items compared to the order confirmation, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include photographs of the outer shipper, inner padding, and affected units plus your order number.

After verification, we offer replacement shipment or full refund including reasonable return shipping if we ask you to send the product back for quality analysis. If only part of a bundle is affected, we may partial refund or replace the affected component.

Return authorization process

Email chat@vluzarinzit.world with subject line “Return” followed by your order number. We issue a return merchandise authorization and the correct warehouse address. Returns without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Pack items securely with adequate cushioning. Use a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost before they reach our warehouse.

Refund method and posting timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within ten business days of warehouse receipt and inspection. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to display credits. If the original instrument is closed, we will coordinate an alternate reasonable method that satisfies accounting controls.

Partial refunds apply when only part of a kit is returned or when bundle pricing requires proportional calculation. Taxes refunded follow the same proportion as the product subtotal where systems permit.

Subscriptions and prepaid shipments

If subscription programs are active, cancellation stops future billings but does not retroactively refund prior shipments unless a return qualifies under this Policy. Prepaid multi-month plans may be eligible for prorated refunds only when expressly stated at purchase.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and potentially issue a refund directly. Chargebacks may temporarily lock order history and delay goodwill resolutions while processors review claims.
